The difference is in how we treat the work — and your time.
What follows is a straightforward account of what we do differently and why it matters when you're trusting someone with a watch you care about.
← Back to HomeSix things that define how we work
Trained Watchmakers
Our team trained in professional environments before opening in Bangkok. The person who works on your watch has done this for years, not months.
Written Reports, Every Time
You receive a document explaining the condition found, the work performed, and which parts were fitted. Not a verbal summary — a written record you can keep.
Nothing Without Your Agreement
Beyond the initial inspection, no work proceeds without your explicit approval. If we find something unexpected, we stop and contact you.
Multi-Day Timing Runs
After servicing, movements are tested over several days in multiple positions with a timing machine. This is standard practice here, not an optional extra.
Clear, Fixed Pricing
Our service rates are published and fixed. ฿3,600 / ฿5,800 / ฿7,900 depending on the scope. Parts costs are discussed separately, before they're ordered.
Character, Not Erasure
A well-worn watch has history. We don't buff everything to a mirror finish by default. Our approach is to restore function and preserve the piece's original feel.
Watchmaking is a skill that takes years to develop properly
Our lead watchmaker trained formally in Switzerland and Japan before returning to Bangkok. This matters — not as a credential to display, but because the gap between a trained watchmaker and an untrained repair technician is significant when it comes to diagnostic accuracy and proper movement handling.
- 12+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical and automatic movements
- Trained in both Swiss and Japanese watchmaking traditions
- Experienced with vintage and complicated movements
"The difference between a service done well and one done quickly usually becomes apparent within two years. We prefer it doesn't."

Our Service Process
- 01Initial inspection and written assessment
- 02Discussion with the client — agree on scope and any parts
- 03Disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, and lubrication
- 04Reassembly and multi-day timing runs
- 05Final check, condition report, and return
A process with no steps skipped
Each stage of our service exists for a reason. The timing runs, for example, are not decorative — a movement that times well for one day may drift once running in a watch. Multi-day testing catches this. No shortcuts are taken at any stage, and the timeline reflects this.
You're kept informed at every stage, not left wondering
A watch left for repair can feel like handing over something valuable and waiting in silence. We work against that. Our client liaison contacts you when the inspection is complete, when any decisions need making, and when the piece is ready. You're never chasing us for an update.
- Written assessment delivered before work begins
- Proactive updates at key stages
- Questions answered clearly, without condescension

Specific things you won't find everywhere
The Condition Report
This isn't a verbal debrief at the counter. It's a structured written document prepared after inspection and again after completion — what was found, what was done, what was replaced, and the timing results. Yours to keep.
We Stop and Ask
If something unexpected comes up mid-service — a worn pinion that wasn't visible externally, a dial issue that only appears on disassembly — we stop. We don't proceed on our own judgement about what you'd probably want.
Free Initial Inspection
Bring your watch in and we'll inspect it at no charge. If you're unsure what it needs, or whether it's worth servicing, that conversation costs you nothing. We'd rather you make a considered decision than a rushed one.
Timing Over Days, Not Hours
We don't return a watch the same day it's serviced. A regulated movement is tested across multiple positions over several days. This is the correct standard — and it takes the time it takes.
